Job Description: Manage the overall marketing and product positioning of computer optical media products; Manage the development and implementation of all internal and external corporate marketing communications and collateral for the sales force. Evaluate potential new business opportunities and formulate marketing policies based on known risks and rewards. Provide Marketing leadership to Product Development and Manufacturing in the development of new products or product enhancements. Work with the business operations team to improve brand image through traditional and web advertising programs. Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, firing, performance management, training and professional development.

Employer Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or closely related + 5 yr exp.
