If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

Big surprise- there have not been any failed burns and they play in all 5 of my cd players (burned at 10X in an old,refurbished 3 years ago macbook.) I've only had positive experience with non-printable taiyo yuden cds,and these seem to be just as dependable. This is not the case with another brand i bought at the same time. The printable area extends about 5mm closer to the hole than the other "hub-printable" cd.

I found Taiyo Yuden blank media always reliable, no matter which burner I use. I've been VERY satisfied
