If, at any time within 30 days from the invoice date, you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our ink cartridge(s), we will replace or refund your order. It's that simple! Unfortunately, we can not issue a replacement after 120 days of original date of purchase. All returned ink cartridges will be inspected and tested and must be at least 80% full. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box. All returns MUST be in the original box in which they came and have the original UPC codes on the box. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise pre-approved by our return department.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

These work wonderfully for me. I've gone through a few sets over the last year or so.

I have been using this product for a couple months now and I can not tell a difference. The pictures turn out to be just as stunning and it droped my printing cost to a third of what it was before. The only reason that I did not give it 5 out of five is I just have not been using it long anouth but so far I think it is great. Thanks Shop4Tech!

This seems to be really good...I was VERY skeptical about the quality. I gave 3 out of 5 because I have not used it too much yet. I think it really deserves a 4 or 4.5 but like I said I have not used too much yet but want to see what it is like after a cartridge or 2. I have printed a few things and just like the Genuine Epson ink this Ink is VERY picky on your PAPER Quality. I have found selecting glossy photo quality to work for me. For good quality prints print on at least 7 Mil. I have printed on 7 mil and 9 with VERY good quality. I print a lot of full page photos and they have come out really good. I am now looking for a good placee with 9 mil thickness paper. And Shop4tech has Genuine epson photo quality 9 mil for a good price too..I really can't tell much of a difference between this and the original epson ink. I will continue to buy these from now on. You can't beat the price with a stick.
