I have gone through more than a 100 now with a NEC3520 and everyone was a perfect burn at 16X. When it comes to blanks, you get what you pay for and these are worth the price.

It's not about how fast they burn but the quality of the burn and how long they'll last...TY will always be a high-quality burn as they are the top-quality product.

ok i bought a 50 pack and have used about 20 or so... for some reason when i put them in my pioneer 109 {with the latest firmaware}first of all it takes the disc awhile to stop spinning in my drive.... i have been using nero for awhile and have never had a problem but when i use thease discs and the project is done burning, it wont stop..... the disc keeps spinning and spining and locks up my pc...now i did try a diffrent program and it works cool... its about 6min 20 sec for a movie but if i use the ritek go5 8x its about 8min 25 sec so i dont think its worth paying double the price to save 2 minutes unless you have to burn 60 discs a day... i think ill wait for ritek to coume out with a 16x dvd-r and ill try those

I few weeks back I purchased one of your Pioneer 109 DVD Burners. I tried a 50 pack of your Taiyo Yuden 16X DVD-R media (since Pioneer had said they were compatabile with they're burners) and they have performed flawlessly so far. I had tried the Ridata 16X DVD+R and had trouble with them so if your wondering about compatablie media I suggest you give these a try..
