	We will accept returns on the product(s) just as long as the RMA Request is made within the 30 day Grace Period. The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

This was my first order to Shop4Tech and I was very disappointed with the order execution. I ordered 25 of these clear disk cases as I have found the clear and colored cases are of better quality because they are usually made from NEW plastic. But I received 25 of the standard black cases.

Since the customer is stuck with return shipping costs, it is not practical to return them for replacement. So I don't think I will be doing any further business with this company.

This is an entirely unacceptable order error.

i don't use dvd cases all that much but when I do the white and green are my two top preferences. do you guys use different lines of cases? b/c they snaps are a little different from time to time, but all in all they are super, especially for the price.

shop4tech has the nicest selection of dvd cases i've ever seen and the best prices. I spend a lot here and I do like the 4,5 and 6 dvd cases. They are all great quality, no complaints here.
