If, at any time within 30 days from the invoice date, you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our ink cartridge(s), we will replace or refund your order. It's that simple! Unfortunately, we can not issue a replacement after 120 days of original date of purchase. All returned ink cartridges will be inspected and tested and must be at least 80% full. Please do not mark the original manufacturer's box. All returns MUST be in the original box in which they came and have the original UPC codes on the box. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise pre-approved by our return department.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. Please place the RMA number issued to you on ALL boxes containing the returned items. RMA numbers will not be extended, modified or reissued from their original request.

We have been purchasing the Epson brand ink packs for 1yr at around 58-65 per pack for a full-color set. We do video production and print lots of DVD labels and inserts. We tried the Epson-compatible inks because of their extremely low cost as a trial alternative to the costly Epson branded inks. The ink cartridges fit exactly into our Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer. After calibrating and test printing, we printed up a few black and white documents and were immediately surprised at how contrasty and dense the black ink was. The document printed very sharp almost laser-like. Not bad, so we printed up a color image that was less than full 8x10. The printer driver offered the photo printing assistance so we printed up the colorful jpg into full size 8x10. The colors are bold, clean, clear and most importantly consistent. Without a doubt, these inks are well worth the money and will save you much. We are reordering to stock up on this ink as just this one purchase saved us nearly 50 dollars!
