If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. The cartridge fits properly, does not leak toner as other remanufactured and/or compatible cartridges have done in the past. I held off writing any kind of review until I was sure it was what I wanted. It's been 6 months since I placed this magenta cartridge into my printer.. and I have nothing negative to say about it. I've printed ordinary papers, glossy papers, all sorts of labels, including the polyester labels that I put on all my potted plants that I sell at a local farmers market. Not a single red dot, smear or discoloration in all that time. The labels used outdoors in SW Florida weather are just as clear and vibrant as the day I put them on the pots. I had been using only the Brother oem cartridges at first. Then I tried a cheap compatible to save money.. leaked all over the inside of my printer. Plus, colors faded after a few weeks in the sun. Not this one. I am back today, 6 months after my first purchase, because I need a new cyan cartridge. I guess that's the best testimonial I can possibly give... repeat business.
