Order received two days in advance of promise date. All 100 cases received. 1/4 of the cases were warped which I blame on packaging. They straightened flat after storing flat for several days. The case edges were rough and are typically smooth on better quality cases. All in all for the price they met my purchasing criteria.

I have purchased these DVD Cases for my 6 Retail Stores many times in the past. Normally they are quite good. However, the last batch had way TOO MANY DAMAGED CASES! Out of 100 I threw away about 30 of them. I recieved them with torn damaged plastic covers and broken pieces. I will no longer buy from this site and have moved to Meritline on a trial basis. PS They smell terrible and need to be aired out for at least 90 days...I do it for 6 months.

Usually I have no complaints with these DVD cases, however, I was really disappointed 2 orders ago with the amount of cracked cases and torn, scratched covers, about 8 so far. I haven't opened my most recent order yet, but if the free gift that came in the outer box is any indication, (totally smashed), I am not going to be a happy camper. I agree with some of the other reviewers, the packaging leaves much to be desired. Still, I believe them to be a good deal for the money and the free shipping is a definite plus!

I've used hundreds of these cases, but find that, among other problems, they don't hold the DVD during shipping. The discs get loose and run around inside the box getting badly scratched & won't play. Bad for customer relations! Also, the little snap-lock tabs break off and the box won't stay closed. Some cases just break when opening them. If you're okay with tossing out about 5%, then go ahead and use these. Otherwise upgrade to something more premium. I'm not buying these anymore - they're just not worth the aggravation.

These are the same cases I was paying $9 per 10 at OfficeMax.
All 100 in great shape.

I've got these cases many times. Great for simple use or giving dvds to friends or home movies. I used them when I've made a highlight video as gift to the people. They aren't the most durable product and cases break easier than normal store bought dvds.....they do smell like they've just come out of a fire though. Overall, you cannot get a better deal for basic dvd cases. These are cheaper than the stores by a lot.

The shipping was exceptionally fast! The packing was good, and the cases are sturdy and allow for easy access to both CDs and DVDs. For this I would rate the cases 5 Stars. The reason for rating them only 3 Stars is because they all smell like they've been in a fire!!!

Just what I needed and quick too. 99 out of 100 were in excellent shape and each one closed properly. I was skeptical about purchasing reading the reviews but once I saw free shipping and the price, I couldn't say no! I was hoping for the worst in case the dvd cases were messed up but I was very pleased. I am definitely going to buy again. Would have given a 5 out 0f 5 if all 100 were perfect otherwise great product and quick shipping.

I purchase a hundred of this cases and out of a hundred four were broken,my oponion they should have been package better.the second thing I notice is a slight order from the recycle materials are used to make this, you would have to set them out open and let them air out.over all I would recommend this to freinds and coworkers only if they are packaged better you cant beat them for the price and quality.I will purchase more only if im assure there packaged more securly.

I always buy these and they are great, but this last batch of a hundred are terrible, especialy the hub. Feels like the dvd is going to break trying to get it in the hub.

I ordered 100 of these and they're perfect for replacing dinged up DVD cases that I purchase used from various stores around town. I always hated it when I got a used DVD and the case looked like a dog had gotten hold of it, now I don't have to deal with that as I can simply toss out the old ones. They also work extremely well for organizing your Computer disks that came in paper sleeves (windows disks get lost so easily). Shipping was quick and of course FREE and the prices are very reasonable.

I have bought thousands of these from SHOP(4)TECH and it's like Forrest Gump Said "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what your gonna get" Sometimes the quality is excellent sometimes there junk and I have saved every single bad one In which I am up to about 400 bad ones in which I put back into the origianl boxes.(cracked, broken, or the clear cover is not not attached on any given side) I am going to try to call them and let them know if they want them back or replace all the broken ones. Will keep you updated when I talk to customer service and see how they handle it. As a long time customer I would recommend them but don't be supprised to get alot of "BAD" ones with your order or the ones that smell like they were in a fire or the super flimsy ones. Don't know what else to say but for this price with "FREE SHIPPING", you get what you pay for!

I had never pucharsed anything from this site before so I ordered the smallest number of cases possible, 25. 23 of the 25 are excellent. The other two won't snap shut.

I just got these in not 15 minutes ago, and after inspecting them, I felt absolutely compelled to post here...
To preface: I'd previously been ordering from another large online cdr and dvdr media supplier *cough* with a similar deal...and though I'd never expected the highest quality for such a price, the last shipment contained about 25% unusable cases, several of which were actually cracked in half. After receiving a run around blame-shifting it on shipping, mixed with a soft reminder of 'caveat emptor', I decided to try somewhere else, with the thought in mind that I'd likely have to start using higher priced (ie: more reliable) cases in the future.
When I brought them in and opened the box, to find another box safely bubble-wrapped inside, my hopes rose dramatically. And after going through them, I think I can safely say I've found my new go-to source...and I couldn't be happier.
Not one single split spine.
Not one single chipped corner.
Not one single frayed edge or shoddily glued sleeve...
In fact, the quality has far exceeded my expectations and experience...plus it's actually a buck cheaper.

I've used well over 1,000 of these boxes and I think I only had one bad one. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone! Just ordered 200 for a job last week and am ordering 200 more for a re-order. If they have gone down hill as some have said, I nor my clients have noticed. These are a fantastic bargain in a world of ever increasing prices.

I have purchased 4 100 ct. boxes of these DVD cases. The 1st was in great shape and well made. The 2nd box had 7 broken cases and I just considered it a shipping loss. I ordered a third box and they were fine. The 4th box was a bait and switch and I was sent an inferior low qulity flimsy product with the same item # on the website. I use these DVD cases for customer software shipments. I am very disappointed in Shop4Tech and the quality change. If I can notice a big difference, then so can my clients and other customers. I would rather be notified of the change and pay the rising costs of the same product than to recieve and give my customers a low quality product. I guess I will have to explain to them what my suppliers did to me and appologize for the change in quality and remedy any problems that may occur. I almost ordered the 500 ct.box. Im glad I didn't becuse I would have sent them back. It's not just about getting a customer, It is about keeping them. It's just good business

4 stars for past purchases but only 2 stars for the last box of 100 I received. They were so thin the spines were torn from the cases. Over half the cases were like this.
The cases are getting thinner and thinner over time, cheaper made.
Nowhere as sturdy as earlier purchases.
However, I will purchase from S4T again and hope this was just a bad batch. Since most cases in this price range come from the same source I'm sure other stores are experiencing the same with quality of the cheaper made cases.
I also noticed my outter inserts did not fit as well lately. It's as though the width has decreased ever so sligtly.
Time to re-order. Thanks to S4T for offering these at a fair price. Know that S4T does not make the cases and cannot be faulted for quality.

I am very pleased with these cases. I was skeptical when ordering b/c of some reviews, but I am happy to say these are quite nice. No, these aren't as thick and sturdy as the ones that you get when you go out and buy a DVD at the store, but those cases are way overbuilt for what they need to be. These cases ARE sturdy, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The clear plastic artwork cover is thinner than the Hollywood DVD cases, but it's sturdy enough for what nearly anyone will do with them. I like the 4-sided disc mechanism that is used to hold the discs in, VERY secure. I wouldn't hesitate to mail one of these cases. I'm confident the disc would not slip off the holder without some tremendous force. It holds better than nearly any other case (empty or from a DVD movie) that I've ever used.

I have bought these cases on numerous occasions and they are great. Was hesitant at first because I thought they would be below the quality that I could get at my local Wal Mart. They are just as good as what one can get locally. I have ordered about two to three hundred of these over the past year or so and have only had two defective. For the price, you can't beat it. I would like for the acetate outer cover to have a little more protection, but I can live with the few scratches I encounter on some cases.

Original shipment came with 16 out of 100 broken cases. Were packed very poorly and broke during shipping. Emailed customer service and they immediately sent out replacement cases. Would have been 2 stars but no-hassle customer service made it into a 5 star transaction. Will do business with again.

Great cases. Have bought over a 1000 of these from Shop4Tech. Always shipped quickly and for free. As mentioned before, sure they are not as sturdy as the ones you would buy from Wal-Mart or Staples, but they are sturdy. All around great deal planning on order another 200 soon.

I ordered 100 of these cases and they arrived today. I was a bit hesitant to get them because some of the other comments about them being sub-standard on the durability scale. However, I think these are a great buy. IF they are a bit more flimsy than some others, you couldn't prove it by me. Shipping took a little while, but shipping was free so I can't complain. They were packed well, and after inspecting them upon arrival, I don't think I have single one that is damaged/defective. Don't be afraid to get these cases - they are a great deal.
BTW - I believe that they offer an Adobe and CorelDraw template that can be used in making covers. However, I made a template for MSWord that works fine. It's nothing incredible or fancy but if anyone wants a word template, just drop me a line. (reid18504@yahoo.com)

I don't think Shop4Tech should be advertising these as the same kind as major studios use; it is a little misleading. They are noticeably lesser quality than the ones you get with studio DVDs. The hub works fine but it is less easy to use.
That said, they are a good deal for the price and I'd buy again. Shipping was incredibly fast for me. I received the next day!

Woodi is a moron! Please consult a dictionary before you post anything else. I have ordered almost a thousand of these cases and I have only had 1 or 2 cases that were cracked or unusable. Anyone who complains about these cases should be slapped in the mouth, they cost pennies and the shipping is free. If you don't like them, go somewhere else and pay 3 times as much for the same thing. This purchase is a no brainer!!!!!

I was shocked by the speed of delivery. I ordered Tuesday afternoon and had them in hand Wednesday afternoon! Granted, I live within 30 miles, but fassssst.
4 out of 5 because the case is a little less than what I'd hoped for and the hub is a little awkward. Still, for the total package of price and shipping it can't be beat.

We were skeptic about buying these cases at first. It seems like TOO good a price to be a decent case. But they are every bit as good as the ones you buy at WalMart for about $1.00 each. The free shiping makes the deal even better. Do not hesitate to make this choice! We are coming back for more. great deal and the package was here in about a week.
