These are much better than a jewel case. Did you ever drop a jewel case when it didn't break? Or at least come apart? The poly cases are flexible and are available in the very slim design that saves space or the normal thickness that accommodates a standard CD booklet. Virtually unbreakable. I ordered a box of 100 from Shop4Tech on a Friday and received them the following Friday. Free shipping.
There is a brand called Trimpak or Slimpak which is marginally better than these from Shop4Tech. It's a slightly better design that doesn't separate at the corners and has a center locator on the lid. A little stiffer as well. The ones from Shop4Tech are fine however. Good enough.

Absolutely the best DVD storage solution. The cases are thin, so they don't take much space. Also, the clear plastic is sturdy yet it's flexible, so won't break. Great stuff! Just ordered another 100! Two thumbs up, Shop4Tech!

These dvd covers are a great deal, they are very solid, they snap closed very tight not loose like other brands and the snaps for the inserts are very solid . I will definately be buying more, they are definately worth the money. In my opinion the best deal on the net.

I ordered 50 of these just to try them out and was thrilled with the quality! They arrived in only 2 days also. What I like SOOO much about these are the tabs that hold the DVD into the case, they don't break like so many other cases do,it's like the plastic is more supple and not brittle. They hold a nice artwork paper in place on inside front cover with little tabs to hold the paper in securly. All around, for the money, these are a great big FIVE STARS in my book!

I just ordered 100 of these. They arrived in only 2 days. These cases are excellent! They hold my DVD securely and have nice tabs to hold my insert. They are lightweight, thin, snap closed, and have small notches for your fingernails to open them. I will be ordering more of these!

Easily holds a CD insert plus a CD. Clear plastic allows insert or CD label to show through well. Soft plastic won't crack in the mail. Case snaps shut and stays that way. A great alternative to standard slim plastic cases.

I was going to use another alternative to storing CD and DVD media, but these cases just might be what I have been looking for. They have a smaller profile than regular CD Jewel cases (the length is about a half-inch shorter and 1/2 the depth), accept the front line art from your regular CDs (as long as you don't have thick booklets), and are much more flexible.
I've used other plastic slim cases, but they are not as flexible and have a longer profile width. Flexible cases are nice because your cases won't break as much. Your CDs and DVDs are actually quite flexible, and will bend without breaking, but I have often found the cases are not and are rigid, which results in cracked cases scratching the media. Definitely not good. You want your cases to bend with your media.
I recently bought 50 of these and I am placing another order for 100. I am also going to checkout the double-cd/dvd versions as well.
Shop4Tech has come across some great alternatives for storage media.

I have been using a competative soft plastic case for over a year which usually sells for more. I just ordered and received 100 of these cases and find them superior to the competitition. The three differences that I have noticed. They are: 1. That this case has tabs for inserting case labels, which the competitor doesn't. 2. This case has square corners while the other has rounded. 3. The case open has lips makeing it much easier to open and close. Another great product added to Shop4Tech inventory.
