The product(s) must be unopened and unused, and must be returned in the same original packaging in which they were shipped. Please read through all of our return policy before placing your orders.
	If you would like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the RMA request form, and we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. An RMA will be issued if all return guidelines are met and just as long as the RMA Request is made within our return or warranty period for that specific item. Once an RMA number is issued, it will be valid for 30 days, within which time shop4tech.com must receive the returned products. I had been having a terrible time with replacement cartridges for my HP Laserjet 4000n printer. In the last few weeks I have encountered the following problems (from other vendors): 1. First one (ordered through Amazon) came quickly but was totally defective. It printed pages that were completely black and leaked toner all over the insides of my LJ 4000n.

2. So I decided to try a "genuine" HP C4127X cartridge. Much more expensive. Ordered from someone with a perfect rating on Ebay. Came quickly and looked perfect. But guess what? When put in the printer the console gave a "Toner Low" warning and it printed blank pages!

3. The ebay seller immediately shipped out another one. Same problem as the first. Finally he just refunded my money. I'm sure he was just an honest seller who had been deceived by whomever he got those cartridges from.

Finally I tried this one from Shop4tech. Packed very well and had protective covering over light sensitive areas and a strip to be pulled before using. Shook it a few times, pull the strip, put it in the LJ 4000 .... no warning. That was a good sign. Printed a few pages and everything was perfect. Very pleased and highly recommend this remanufactured cartridge. Especially if you -- like me -- have had problems with other vendors.
